Invest in Community-Led Climate Action
Every dollar contributed to TerraFuture supports measurable environmental progress in the neighborhoods that need it most. We are transparent about how funds are used, rigorous about tracking outcomes, and accountable to the communities we serve. In 2025, 70% of every dollar went directly to program delivery.

Your Impact
$50 -- Plant 10 Trees
Ten native trees planted in urban neighborhoods, providing shade, improving air quality, absorbing stormwater, and creating habitat for wildlife. TerraFuture has planted 18,500 trees since 2019, and every tree is geotagged and tracked in our open data platform.
$250 -- Fund a Community Energy Audit
A comprehensive home energy assessment identifying insulation gaps, air leaks, and efficiency improvements that can reduce a household's energy consumption by an average of 28%. Audits are the first step toward meaningful energy savings for families facing high utility costs.
$1,000 -- Sponsor a Youth Fellow
Support one Summer Fellow for eight weeks of paid, mentored professional experience working on real environmental projects. Fellows earn a $2,400 stipend, gain career-relevant skills, and contribute directly to TerraFuture's programs. Eighty-five percent of past fellows have pursued post-secondary education in sustainability fields.
$5,000 -- Seed a Neighborhood Garden
Cover the startup costs for a new community garden site, including soil testing, raised bed construction, irrigation installation, tool library, composting infrastructure, and first-season seeds and seedlings. Each garden produces an average of 340 pounds of fresh produce per year and engages 40 resident gardeners.

Monthly Giving
Join TerraFuture's Sustainer Circle by setting up a recurring monthly donation. Monthly donors provide the predictable funding that allows us to plan programs with confidence and respond to emerging community needs without delay. Sustainers receive quarterly impact updates and invitations to program site visits.
Impact Investing
For donors interested in aligning their investments with their values, TerraFuture offers community impact investment opportunities. These structured investments support capital-intensive projects such as community solar installations and renewable microgrids, with returns generated through energy savings and production credits. Planned Giving
Include TerraFuture in your estate plans through a bequest, charitable trust, or beneficiary designation. Planned gifts ensure that your commitment to community-led environmental action continues beyond your lifetime. Donor-Advised Funds
TerraFuture accepts grants from donor-advised funds. Recommend a grant to TerraFuture through your fund administrator using our legal name (TerraFuture Inc.) and EIN (84-3291056).
