Community Outcomes
Air Quality Monitoring Ordinance
Real-time monitoring stations required within two miles of all industrial facilities zoned for heavy manufacturing.
Green Infrastructure Mandate
New development over 10,000 sq ft must incorporate bioswales, permeable pavement, or green roofs.
Monitoring Funding Increase
$1.2 million annually for 12 new monitoring stations in underserved neighborhoods.
